WSJ article on Home-Price Growth March 31 2021

Wall Street Journal yesterday published an article on the overall national Home Price Growth. It seems this phenomenon is prevalent not just in Austin but in other parts of the country as well. Could the FNMA 7% purchase limit on second home and investment homes affect the price growth continuity? We shall see... But considering the Austin local market I personally feel that the growth will continue. Especially since Elon Musk announced yesterday that Tesla needs to hire 10000 new workers in the Austin area!
